The RB5007 is our standard damped PCC buffer which is used for direct blowback PCC’s that have a barrel length of less than 8”. The RB5015HD is designed for all suppressed PCC’s or barrel lengths that range greater than 8”. The reason why we have two PCC buffers is because you add a suppressor or longer barrel to the PCC the bolt cycles much harder than shorter barrels. The RB5015HD is also a perfect choice for other PCC calibers such as the .40SW, .45ACP, and 10mm. The RB5015HD has enhanced damping than the RB5007.
