The Faxon Duty Series 10.5" Gunner 300 BLK barrel combines exceptional balance and durability for short, versatile builds. Our Gunner profile merges the robustness of a Gov’t contour with the lightweight maneuverability of a Pencil profile—ideal for CQB, suppressed, or compact rifle setups.
Machined from 4150 CMV steel and button rifled with a 1:8 twist, each barrel is fully stress relieved and treated with salt bath nitride inside and out for superior corrosion resistance and long service life. Every Faxon barrel is air-gauge tested, MPI inspected, and headspace checked for reliability and accuracy straight out of the box.

- Each barrel is stress relieved, air-gauge tested, magnetic particle inspected, and individually headspace checked. The .750" gas block journal, pistol-length gas, and 5/8x24 threads integrate seamlessly with modern .30-cal devices and suppressor systems—making it a top choice for do-it-all 300 BLK builds.
Installation & Compatibility:
- Compatible with standard AR-15 Mil-spec upper receivers and bolts using the M4 barrel extension.
- Use a .750" gas block (set-screw or clamp-on) on the 1.9" journal.
- Confirm muzzle device/suppressor compatibility with 5/8-24 threading. Always verify suppressor caliber rating.
- For optimal reliability, tune buffer/spring and gas settings to your specific ammunition and muzzle device.

By coating all parts, the carrier's natural slickness is increased markedly requiring less gas and pressure to operate. Further, the Nitride process seals components against corrosion while making them fantastically wear resistant.
