  The M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver features a new angular machined design that helps it stand apart from standard mil-spec upper receivers. This upper receiver features the same enhanced body profile as our M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver but is threaded to accept a standard AR15 barrel nut. It is forged from 7075-T6 Aluminum, precision machined to work with all mil-spec AR15 parts and includes the port door and forward assist pre-installed. The M4E1 Threaded Upper Receiver is designed to pair perfectly with our new M4E1 Lower Receiver, giving you a billet looking receiver set at a fraction of the billet price.   Seeing "MIL-SPEC" as just the starting point, we set out to ensure the best options are available for our demanding customers.  Improvements include using 9310 tool steel for the bolt, nitriding the assembly to increase surface hardness, decrease resistance, and have superior corrosion resistance compared to typical chrome and phosphasted bolt carrier groups. All bolts are fully MPI tested to ensure the material is sound and without defects. Bolt lugs are chamfered 45 degrees to ensure reliable action for even the highest pressure hand loads and fast lightweight actions.  Faxon Bolt Carrier Groups are Superfinished to reduce friction, increase smoothness of operation, and reduce fouling. Further, they are full-Auto rated and maintain the trip for full-auto fire control groups and new multi-stage trigger systems. Faxon is proud to offer the Gen 2 Streamline Series of handguards to compliment any Modern Sporting Rifle.   True to their namesake, the new Streamline handguards are a sleek and low-profile solution for those looking for a slimmer handguard with flexible mounting.  The Gen 2 Streamline Aluminum Handguards feature M-LOK mounting slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Further, the Streamline features an uninterrupted MIL-STD 1913 “Picatinny” rail across the entire length of the handguard. Rail slots are directly engraved with “T” marks during machining to identify accessory placement. New for our Gen 2 handguards is a removable anti-rotation tab that gives the customer the flexibility of using either a Billet or Mil-Spec upper receiver. Finally, our Gen 2 Streamline handguards come equipped with two integral QD sling swivel mounting points at the front 3 and 6 o'clock positions of the handguard.  The handguard is 100% made in the USA from extruded 6061 aluminum. The handguards are hard-coat anodized black and feature a steel barrel nut.
