Produktinformationen "MAXIM DEFENSE MD15 PDW Lower Receiver Assembly Mil-Spec BLK"
Premium PDW Lower Receiver, finally a built for comfort and durability for real-world use.
When you just want to make it short, the PDW Brace is your huckleberry. That doesn’t mean it’s short on functionality.
The PDW Brace still features rapid deployment. And the dual QD sling attachments in our CQB Series housing have been removed and replaced by a single rear QD plate. Made from the same proven materials as our CQB Series, the streamlined housing and extension tube reduce manufacturing time, making this our most cost-effective brace option available.
No buttons to push, just pull the stock to deploy. At full extension, the Maxim PDW stock is the length of an extended carbine stock. And with 3 total positions you can adjust for maximum comfort and multiple scenarios. Rapid deployment, purpose driven materials, and the functionality you need, the Maxim Defense PDW Lower Receiver is simply the most thought out, versatile, and durable PDW stock on the market.

Intermediate Power - Carbine Length - Buffer Spring The Intermediate Power Buffer Spring is a balance between the design loads of the White and Blue spring. This recoil spring is for use with 5.56 AR-15s with a carbine or mid-length gas system and carbine buffer tube. When we had some calls from customers wishing for a spring that was in between the performance of a White or Blue spring, we had them try out the discarded springs on a trial basis, and they turned out to be perfect for their needs, thus, the evolution of the Hot White spring for tuning purposes. Color Coded RED & WHITE. Features: Intermediate Power - Carbine Length - Buffer Spring Compatible to AR-15 5.56 NATO /.223 REM from 12.5″ to 16″ uppers with carbine or mid-length gas System For carbine length buffer tubes only Made from chrome silicon wire stock Heat treated and shot peened Compatible accessories see under this article, accessories. We have tens of thousands of buffer springs in various stages of enhancement or in inventory in our facility. This practice is beneficial to both you as the end user and for our employees to identify for quality control and fulfillment. We use Dykem® Opaque Metal Staining Dye to color code the springs, (not rattle can spray paint) during the QC and packaging process. This practice has become the standard industry reference for our different springs. Should you encounter fishy looking deals on internet auction sites, please send us an image for product validation, as there have been a very small intrusion of color coded imposters floating around from time to time that to the trained eye, are glaringly apparent from their advertising images and/or descriptions. Sprinco buffer springs are made from high quality Chrome Silicon wire stock which is used in a variety of applications from Formula One to motor valve springs which can see up to 15,000,000 compression cycles in a single race. CONSTRUCTION SPECS: CARBINE & RIFLE BUFFER SPRINGS ASTM Grade A877 Certified Valve Quality Chrome silicon Wirestock Heat Treated, Stress Relieved and Dual Stage Shot-Peened post winding (Our springs really ARE shot-peened) Impregnation / Plating with Re-Micronized Molybdenum Disulfide formulation Hard plastic tube packaging for protected transport and easy storage (Tubes make great storage compartments for all sorts of gear) Optional Cryogenic Processing Available (Select Item 26001) ADVANTAGES: Increased "lock time" for faster sight recovery and platform stability Consistent spring pressure throughout the duty cycle of the spring, resulting in fewer malfunctions related to spring operation (Especially Type III malfunctions) Improved & consistent cyclic operation. Spring will not change performance for many hundreds of thousands of rounds Greater resistance to heat induced performance degradation Reduced cyclic rate with Enhanced or Extra Power springs and reduce / eliminate bolt bounce with optimal spring / buffer weight selection Reduced operating cost as replacement springs are not needed during the life of your upper receiver assembly. Less downtime and fewer trips to the armorer for spring replacement, in fact, this will most likely be the only buffer spring you will ever need for the duty cycle of your carbine or rifle! Correct spring selection works reliably, consistently, and virtually indefinitely in all properly built and maintained AR platformsMADE IN THE USA
High-quality AR-15/M16 Standard Buffer, Carbine length. Compatible with all AR-15 MIL-SPEC and COM-SPEC Carbine length buffer tubes. Weight: 2.93 oz / 83,06g
Reduced Power - Carbine Length - Buffer Spring We collaborated with two prominent commercial ammunition manufacturers and two prominent gunsmiths to arrive at the design for the Yellow spring. It’s approximately 20% lighter than the White spring, and was the consensus choice out of 4 different evaluation samples provided to all parties. They all added in their final evaluations that if a particular gun needed a lighter spring, that the gas port should be enlarged for overall reliability. The Yellow spring is also appropriate for with low power SRTA training or SIMS Rounds for training operations. Useful for undergassed rifles, such as some mid-length gas rifles or rifle lenght “Dissipator” 20'' inch builds which is apparent with rifles that short stroke or have weak ejection patterns. Color Coded YELLOW.
