This Anderson M4A2 Complete Upper features an Anderson 14.5" barrel, chambered in 5.56/.223, and equipped with front sight base. It has the iconic clamshell handguards and A2 flash hider. This Complete Upper is built on an Anderson's Forged Upper, all parts are installed on-site by our Anderson Assembly Team. Most parts installed are made on-site, in Hebron, KY, and have passed a multitude of inspections and test along the manufacturing process to ensure they meet military specifications and will function properly when assembled. Throughout the assembly process there are tests for functionality and upon completion every firearm is test fired to ensure proper cycling and complete functionality. ANDERSONS PATENTIERTE RF-85 TECHNOLOGIE Reduziert Reibung bis zu 85% Bei dem RF-85 Verfahren handelt es sich um keine Oberflächenbeschichtung, sondern um eine isotrope Nanotechnologie. Die Metalle werden im Tauchverfahren behandelt, wobei Calcium Atome in die Metalloberfläche übertragen werden, wodurch RF-85 ein Teil des Metalls wird und sich das molekulare Gefüge verändert. Labortests zeigten eine 85% ige Verringerung der Reibung zwischen beweglichen Metallteilen ohne Verwendung eines Schmiermittels. Im Gegensatz zu einer Beschichtung verändert RF-85 nicht die Größe der Stahl- sowie der Aluminiumkomponenten und verschleißt, schält oder splittert nicht ab. Der vom Oak Ridge National Laboratory durchgeführte koeffiziente Reibungstest bestätigt, dass durch die RF-85 Materialbehandlung die Reibung auf allen Stahl- und Aluminiumkomponenten um 85% reduziert wird, zusätzlich wurden höhere Nachladezyklen um bis zu 23% Prozent nachgewiesen. RF-85 Lauf und Komponenten: Die Erwärmung wird durch die RF-85 Behandlung bis zu 100°F reduziert, zusätzlich bleiben Kupfer und Messingpartikel nicht im Feld-Zug Profil haften, dies ermöglicht eine schnellere und einfachere Reinigung. This Anderson A4 Rifle features an Anderson 16'' barrel, chambered in 5.56/.223, and equipped with front sight base. It has the iconic clamshell handguards, A2 flash hider and A2 pistol grip. Fitted with a Magpul MBUS rear sight, this rifle is ready at the moment it comes out of the box. This rifle is built on an Anderson's Forged Upper and Lower Receiver, all parts are installed on-site by our Anderson Assembly Team. Most parts installed are made on-site, in Hebron, KY, and have passed a multitude of inspections and test along the manufacturing process to ensure they meet military specifications and will function properly when assembled. Throughout the assembly process there are tests for functionality and upon completion every firearm is test fired to ensure proper cycling and complete functionality. The AM-15 Optic Ready Rifle is comprised of parts manufactured here at Anderson Manufacturing in Hebron, Kentucky. The lower and upper receiver are forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and meet military specifications and standards. They are treated with type III hard anodization and are multi-cal, meaning that that the upper and lower receiver are interchangeable between calibers that fall within the AR-15 platform's list of calibers. This rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO and will also cycle .223 REM. This rifle comes equipped with an A2 flash hider, a carbine-length high-rise gas system fitted with a top rail (front sight capable) and the A2 clamshell handguards with inset aluminum heat shields. This rifle utilizes the AM-15 Stainless Steel Lower Parts Kit (Installed) which features a stainless steel fire control group, A2 pistol grip and a six position, adjustable buttstock/ carbine buffer system is installed.
