John Paul founded JP Enterprises Inc. in 1991 after spending 13 years in the retail business owning, operating and gunsmithing in a specialty firearms store. He made the decision to start developing his own product line and focus on the action shooter community worldwide as this was his primary personal interest and his direct experience with these games was the basis for new product development.

JPE now specializes in the design and manufacturing of precision rifle systems for Law Enforcement, Military, hunting and competitive shooting applications.

However, 75% of our sales is in the sub component area, specializing in support of OEM projects by other manufactures, the gunsmithing trade and the home builder. We also have a robust export business supported by an infrastructure of firearms export specialists here and abroad as well as foreign distributors.

John Paul is an avid recreational and competitive shooter, competing in matches nationwide to create and perfect the products and services JP Enterprises, Inc. has to offer. John Paul’s first gun was the requisite Daisy Red Ryder, with his mother's old belt as a sling. His father taught him to shoot and he taught his sons. 40 years after the Daisy lessons, John Paul continues to put his advanced modern rifles to the test in competition each year. It’s where new ideas come to life to fulfill the needs of all shooters.
